Heads up, Lidl are selling cast iron cookware this Thursday (area depending) worth a look and a lot cheaper than major brands. I bought a small skillet almost 20 years ago and still going strong!
Ive had one for a number of years now and a real practical knife, the Phillips on the thing gets used a lot, it just a back up blade in the pack now. My only thing i disliked was the serrated blade, so i re profiled it to a straight edge, so easier to sharpen.
I have an old OS map dated 1935 of my village and surrounding area, 21/2 inches to the mile!

I second this, i have a 3inch Kuhn rikon, food prep knife with plastic sheath, strong sturdy and sharp, dedicated to food prep, I personally keep food prep n cooking totally seperate from other blades.
Perfect two, that’s down to personal choice, if this and only this as cutting tools, Kukuri and SAK ranger79, just about covers it, if just a camp knife,SAK still stands but mine would be my Mike Morris 6inch.
