    Slingshot/Catapult shooters

Love to shoot a catty, make my own from a tree fork n flat bands, ammo wise steel bearing for consistency. I reload my own shotgun cartridges and tried out my Lee 00buck mould and they are best yet, weightier but smaller than the steel, far more effective. Now ‘playing" in the garden I use clay...

    Be a real man!

I’m pretty self sufficient at home, in fact I do all the ironing as my wife says I’m better at it! During our time in the military I always pressed her uniform and bulled her shoes. Arthritis adaptions that you have had to make.

I too suffer from arthritis and I try to swim at least 3 times a week and a sauna after and that is a great help. My knees are my problem and has curtailed my long distance walks to history!

    Whats your oldest kit

From a personal prospective, I was issued an army clasp knife in 1974 and still use it and a US circa 1969 army butt pack I swopped with an American soldier in 1979. Both are still in regular use.

    HEXAMINE. PLEASE READ!

I admit I was wrong, with the name, that’s why I added the caveat, the SC was to reduce the typing and never the periodic table, the vitriolic character assignation was a bit uncalled for and if you’ve never made an error in life you are a lucky person.

    HEXAMINE. PLEASE READ!

Sodium chloride (I think that’s the right name, correct me if wrong), one of the best weed killers, was for sale incredibly cheap to buy. Withdrawn in case terrorists make bombs with it, about 8-10 years ago, yet all during the troubles in Northern Ireland, IRA choice of ingredient for their...
