yeah sorry I should have said what combo it was.
This years picture will look a bit different though.
I've replaced the Henney tarp with a DD 3mX3m
Carrying on with the photographic theme.
On a family walk in the woods the other week I turned to be greeted by my eldest lad giving his baby brother a helping hand.
No matter how big or small,
we can all do our bit to help each other out.
Cracking idea regarding the charity...
Another excellent source for information is http://www.hammockforums.net/
Mainly our brethren from over the pond on there, but still a mine of information.
Welcome to the joys of hammocking
I'd love to find a successful breeding pair and be able to take some pictures.
I could sit and watch them all day long, they're my favourite of all mammals.
Here's one I took a while back (none wild unfortunately)

unless you want/need a...

they only had in the large not the X-Large so I cant really comment on the comfort as the Large left me feeling a little restricted.
I like the idea of the pouch on the front of the smock over the jacket style.
Glad to hear the...
I would like to see some shots taken with the 8-16mm if it's no trouble.
I'm mulling over wides at the moment and any views opinions you have on the lens would be greatly appreciated.
You've answered the second part of the question with your first statement.
There good enough for a snapping camera.
But if you want more out of your camera you'll no doubt need better glass.
Probably the best bang for buck would be getting a nifty 50mm 1.8
