    Wonderful Fungi ID

I see what you mean but alas with all pictures 100% confirmation can't be given. I'd stick with my previous suggestion as the look does give the Thelephora feel. I'm no fool though and realise ID's via photo's is virtually impossible. I suggest if one has a chance to re-visit then one can...

The brown sharp edged one is Earth fan (Thelepohora terrestris) - having a year this one as is White Helvella - hundreds of em' in fruit in a few places. Enjoy em' as some years they take a rest. Fungalpunk Dave - http://www.fungalpunknature.co.uk

No worries and yeah check the site and feedback please. Has with all fungi trying to ID from photo's is in the main an impossible task but the Ink cap and Verpa conica I am quite confident with. The others need a closer look (by me anyway) so like I say hopefully can go, find, scratch head and...

    Help with fungi ID please!

Gotta agree that the first does look like a Cortinarious. The second then Common Ink Cap looks the favourite. Third I reckon Lyophyllum decastes could be a strong possibility and fouth a solid find - Verpa conica - the Thimble Morel. Will try and get down to this area over the weekend and...
