Hi all, I am looking into purchasing myself a 3x3 DD tarp for use as ground dwelling but give me the flexibilty of hammocking, how do you all set yours up if you are in the open with a lack of trees, I was thinking maybe a ridge pole or single pole and angle it down to keep out the elements...

that looks really good and its only just down the road from me =] maybe when i learn to drive i can come over and meet some of you and gather some morsels of knowledge

I would but it depends if i can get there ive only just turned 18 and last year could not bring myself to learn to drive had too many other things going on and there was a lack of money, but ill see what i can arrange =],
