    EDC Pens?

Yard-o-Led is a brand that I yearned after for years, but the price put me off. I wanted the Grand Viceroy Barley fountain pen, but £800 at the time seemed high. The plastic pens (precious resin) of Mont Blanc were not much less so when a YoL came up at a very good discount I snapped it up. I...

    EDC Pens?

I picked up a BigiDesign bolt action pen. It's a ballpoint/rollerball, but where it is unique is that the length can be adjusted to take hundreds of different refills, so you can write with the refill of choice or one that you have whipped out of another pen. See HERE not cheap, but good.

Sold Hill People Gear Ute rucksack

It's the shoulder harness on these HPG packs that make them so comfortable. Perfect shape. I have a couple of Tarahumaras and an Umlindi. I would be adding this to the collection, but my knees are in no shape to be carrying more weight. It really is a bargain though.

    Pill Bottle Stoves

Thanks for the responses and links. My guess was that Pill Bottle Stove was using pumice stones, but before I set fire to the one in the bathroom I wanted to check what others thought. The link to the video of the South African contributor proved me right - probably. I own plenty of meths...

    Pill Bottle Stoves

I came across Pill Bottle Stoves this evening. This is certainly a new thing to me. Does anyone know what the stones are in the kit? SEE HERE The vendor is in the US and as I am in the UK I would like to see if I can get something closer to home, or even make my own kit. Thanks

    Power pack anker or alpkit?

Good choice on Anker. The quality is unmatched in my consideration. In really cold weather slip the powerbank into and inside pocket to keep it warm. Betteries are less efficient when cold.

    Sold Stuart Mitchell Muntjac

I have the Stubben backpack. It's excellent with the built in seat. My only criticism is that with the added pockets on the pack weighs just under 3Kg.
