I never considered straw which we don't use but a couple of our horses do eat some hay. I'm not sure how much that will be effected by the drought as it's just dried grass but it wouldn't surprise me if it goes up too.

Farmers everywhere are complaining about having very small crops this year due to the drought. Food prices look like they will go through the roof soon.
