What is it with Hard-boiled Eggs these days? I seem to recall that in ye goode olde dayes one could peel the shell from the egg in a couple of small pieces and 3 or 4 large pieces. All done in a few seconds. These days I seem to have to spend, perhaps, up to a minute or so peeling off small...

You may find a Golite Hex 3 or a Shangri-La 3 tent "pre-loved" somewhere. I still use my Hex 3 occasionally and remain pleased with it. You can use the pole or suspend it from a tree or equivalent. You can use it a) with the inner, b) without the inner, c) with the floor. If I recall correctly...

Another vote here for Tortilla Española. I use left-over cold potato rather than cooking it for the dish. I make assorted variations on this theme using small pieces of chorizo, etc., depending on what's in the fridge. Flexible! And quick (at least the way I do it)...
