thanks fellas I ended getting a berghaus centurio 45 this time rather than try and stretch a 30L capabilities. Being an XXL sized guy my sleeping bag, jacket, poncho everything is larger so I finally took the plunge and will see how a 45 goes.

Nice packs but covid/war for ukrainium has pushed the price up too much for me.

Similar to the munro it seems but one advantage for me is comes in black which looks a bit more urban aka good for office/gym use as well. Well pleased with the price ranges of these as well.
