Wasps around our old orchards were aggressive because they were drunk, also pub gardens. And @PoppyD can correct this if I'm wrong, the queen stops releasing the pheromones that keep the workers under her control because they've completed their work. So they hit the pub Friday afternoon :D

Pretty sure it's this. The atmosphere the rain fell through is loaded with all sorts of dust, algal spores etc from the dry weather. Ragwort for instance, has green pollen and has been rampant everywhere. Either that or it's highly concentrated chemtrails being washed down. :tongue:
