    Warm and Wet (but not in a good way)

    I have worn waterproof trousers (lightweight mtp) over shorts. Generally I prefer to get wet legs and use a pair of short gaiters Swazi Hush Putties to keep my socks dry and debris free….. works for me.

    4X Orvis shirts,Size Medium great heavy duty shirts, they used to have buttons and tabs on the sleeves to "help" with keeping them rolled, but I find these annoying so they have been removed. I don't really want to split these so I would like £30 delivered to a UK address.

    Frame or integral? rucksack (pack) design

    Always used internal frame packs, however I have moved to external, using a Mystery Ranch Mountain Ruck as a large pack with large and medium ALICE packs swapped about on a Down East Industries 1606 frame. I have found I much prefer the external frame for comfort and airflow.

    Love it! Tough, long lasting and travels well. Well vented. And stays on your head in gusty weather. I wear it in preference to my Akubra as it is so much cooler. Cheers Louis

    On the Airhead which (I think) is the same as the Kalahari in size the brim depth on mine is 6.5cm at the front 7cm at the sides and 7.5 at the back.
