there's Elastic loops that hold the item's or you could just put a small kit into it and the Tourniquet is held in the lower removeable elastic tube section. I'll put a link in with the youtube video. It's about 3 qtr's through.

Will do Chris and I searched the shed high and low this morning and found afew 10mm barrel Chicago screws and guess what they won't fit due to the rivets that are already in the sheath sods law. I'm going to buy some more today then see if I still have to remove the original rivets in the sheath.
