    Its the softness rather than the size. Beware, Pickling walnuts is real Balls to the Wall preserving, and the end result is a very Aqquired Taste

    Where is she? here she is! Three of them; already flapping their wings ready to get on the next Influence flight to Antarctica. And, if they survive the journey...Next year they will be back.

    Got one from the car boot; was told it was 12v. A friend expressed doubts; if it was a truck microwave. they said, it would be 24v. Looked on the back and guess what? 24v. What do I do now? Get a lorry to put it in?

    As a child, we got our eggs from the farm up the road; muddy, scruffy, plucked birds (but very free range) They gave mostly white eggs (with the odd brown) All Rhode Island Reds.
