Today I made Roasted Tomato and Peppers soup with Basil, extremely rich and tasty to say the very least. I'm looking forward to having it for lunch tomorrow :)

My internal delight of school dinners was when we had puddings that were served with custard. They used to make it jugs before the meal that then sat developing a gorgeous thick skin which was scooped off a put in a bowl to one side.
