How many of these plants are actually science backed in terms of efficacy and proven studies? as opposed to being more hand-me-down folklore plantlore belief ? Has modern medicine provided credible science to some/most/all of these?

I just used a big bucket and poured in hot kettle after hot kettle - let it steep for a bit.
So no cauldron required.
I actually noticed when reviewing it British Red had given it a glowing review. I was looking for the closest thing I could get to a halligan bar for sensible money.
Just wondering what examples members here have of the longest period or duration that they have had for an unpredicted event where they had upheaval to their day to day life.
I'm not asking this as excuses for people to 'flex' about how well they were able to cope because they've been over...
