No knead bread is all very quick & easy but an extra 5 minutes max will improve the loaf so much I don’t really know why it’s a thing.
Even if you don’t have a surface to knead on, the dough can be “air kneaded” & will still make a much better loaf.
+1 for that.
I have a couple of Dave’s knives & one very beautiful axe.
If you want an axe made by an actual expert look no further.
Prices for his work are, I think, spectacularly good value.
I have a very small pair of Leica binos that easily fit in even a shirt pocket. They aren’t super powerful but the optics are stunning and pin sharp and they fit in my shirt pocket. They weigh very little so I do tend to carry them as well. Anything bigger I’d be much less likely to have on me...

I had one years ago & very foolishly let it go.
It was insanely sharp when it arrived & I only ever used a strop loaded with Autosol to keep it lethal.
I used to be a full-on GB axe junkie. Once I moved the first one on it was easy to rehome the other nine.
I’m not suffering too much though. Still got the one I forged with Dave Budd & also one that Dave forged unsupervised. Both cut beautifully & have more soul than the GB collection ever had...
