Battery type for late80's Tekna Micro-lite?

In-Genius, Rich! Thanks also stonepark. It looks like the firm wont sell less than £134worth to Uk based on their site blurb and the fact I couldnt get a shipping quite out of them. 2xN seems a lots less money to scratch the itch.....although now I want the LED upgrade, too...... (forehead slap)!!!

Battery type for late80's Tekna Micro-lite?

Hello peeps, One for the torch fiends out there...I have an ancient Tekna micro-lite torch bought in the late 80s, same kinda time I was using a Petzl Zoom. I lost track of which odd-size battery(s) it took....and it just got sidelined. I want to buy an MN21 for a multimeter from a specialist...

    Hoped for....Victorinox Manager

Hi all, tempted to try a Manager if any would part with one? That or I will aquire a Rambler to go with my Pokka pen and button torch on light duty days... I would be tempted by a Midnight Manager but not enough to pay new price when a button light would do the same, if not so elegantly.... Oh...

    Recommended metal/robust headtorch

Hello Hivemind, I am definately a headtorch guy, since the old 4.5v flat battery Petzls. I have Olight H1, Nitecore NU25UL and several broken iterations of Petzl Zipka, Tikka (new and old Core versions). All doing well enough for camping, travelling, holidays etc. No longer doing multiday winter...

    Battery powered Strimmer

I would bypass the battery strimmer and go for Austrian sythe witth 55cm ditch blade. Get some training and it is lighter, quieter, keeps you gently fit and flexible, has added zen...and another blade to play with. I love mine. Try scythecymru or the scythe shop; also other outlets. Sent from...
