    Sold Reindeer Hide

Oh, go on then. If nobody has taken it in the meantime, I'll have it. Lord knows why, but I'll think of something!

For the most part we're not in your country though.

UK (specifically Northern Ireland) hunting laws for small game (rabbit)

Very short version, you cannot take 'game' (read anything alive) in NI with anything other than a firearm. For legal purposes air weapons are firearms here.

Mine will simply disappear as many other items have before.

I think it's now completely safe to say that crossbows will be gone or on FAC by Chrisrmas.

    Still lots of Covid about?

I've got something, the Mrs. has the same thing last week. Very sore throat, phlegm-y, occasional loss of voice and ready for bed, right about now actually! Dunno if it's covid, a cold, a chest infection or something entirely different and that's the way I suspect we're going to be from now on.

I like it! But I still end up carrying my crusader as well, bcause it fits in the WB pouch and I still need the WB and the cup!

    Slingshot/Catapult shooters

It's also permissible to put down vermin IMO. Although in NI, from the legal perspective you kill with a firearm, or not at all.

    The Great Tommy Sleep Out

Not automatically, no. But the chances of NI not following suit are negligible. TBH I'm very surprised they've never been subject to control here given that a 12 ft/lb air rifle is an on ticket item.

Bushcraft tools that could be classed as weapons?

By the court and yes, applicable to "the times". That is how policing by consent functions and believe it or not, nine hundred ninety-nine thousand nine hundred ninety-nine people out of a million here like it. More or less.

Bushcraft tools that could be classed as weapons?

What if the beforehand is always "you can't"? The concept of "reasonableness" and "Good cause" allows for flexibility of action which would, in the UK, otherwise likely be denied.

    Wanted Glock field knife

I do have one somewhere, but with me that involves a fair bit of scope and I haven't seen it in years, it has a has sandy coloured plastics and is a sawback. I'll have a look, but I wouldn't be too optimistic.

Interesting article about wolves in Europe

Anecdotally, I've spoken to French farmers and French country dwellers in general who say they will destroy wolves wherever and whenever encountered, regardless of the animal's behaviour.

    Irrational attachment to inanimate objects

My early Leatherman Charge purchased for me by my late grandfather after he somehow managed to destroy my Wave, we don't know what he did with it, he didn't know what he did with it (alzheimer's) but almost every blade/tool was broken, must have been some sort of prying thing. Anyway... He...

I quite like the Churi from KHHI, although if I were getting another I'd take it unpolished.
