All folks that are interested in buying PM me so I know how many I have to buy.

They come in black or green, and...

Excellent, looking forward to viewing your mod already :) Line method is good but always thought what if you cannot find a branch the right height, not so keen to camp under big branches is case they fall, you main line branch breaks while in the tent.
Also of course always good to carry the...

Just a thought...instead of stitching the bottom on the lavvu to the top of the extension piece why not overlap the bottom of the lavvu over the top of the extension piece and fix into place with buttons? (or some sort of cufflink type device and use the existing grommet holes) the surplus...
Mine arrived at work this morning. Again as everyone else has said for £20 I don't think you can grumble.....that being said....:p and being fully aware it's only £20 here are my immediate thoughts after looking it over.
Cons:
Wish the side pockets were a bit bigger depth wise.
One of...

This is the same store I bought my sleeping bags from and I think it is the same store that is selling on Amazon...
I thought that your regular charity shops will take anything. (Not sure if that goes for shoes though).
What the cannot sell or not good enough to be put out for sale is sent away (or sold) to be shredded to make insulation, blankets etc.
I would say pop into your local branch and ask them.
I myself really do like the look of this bag. Am seriously considering buying 1. The only thing I cannot seem to see or locate are extra points or straps to hang other bags/kit onto.
Can anyone elaborate?
Cheers

I'e recently bought 2 of their 4 season sleeping bags. Not given a big test yet but the quality feels good, size is good and compressed size is good (think I would use these as part of a layered system).. let down is the compression sack. Holding the bag uncompressed is ok but when you squash...
Hi Guys,
I did reply last night but don't think it got past the moderator for some reason (attaching a pic of a naked dwarf proudly holding a hand carved spoon is a no no? :) - if the moderator can let me know why my last post didn't make it? maybe becuase I added a link to an external site...
Thanks for the tips all.
Am starting to think I can maybe knock something up using pop rivets and exhaust sealant/putty
Will be looking on ebay for s me bits and pieces. To mind right now my shopping list would be:

pop rivet gun and rivets
hack saw blade(s)
various sizes...
Cheers for that :)
My main concern when making something like this myself is the join between the main box and the flue pipe coupled with my inability to cut/glue/solder/stick/nail/bend/tape anything in a straight line ;) Not saying your can isn't but am also looking for something quite robust...
Hello all,
