I made a big hessian sack and just filled it with old carried bags. A lot of old carried bags. Works well and the only thing I might need to change is the hessian every so often.

I could see it working for monthly meets or the like. Any more regular and the distance some would have to travel would become more of an issue.
I think the 3d course at cumbernauld can be booked for groups so that is a possibility or you could have a rotating selection of sites.

Not sure. It tends to depend on what I need. i did a bit of archery stuff recently when I started doing that (quivers, bracer, tip protectors and string keepers). I needed a sheath for the Spyderco Bushcrafter so made one. Not sure what the next need is yet.
