Have you tried the Energy Saving Trust? They have a lot of helpful information their website https://energysavingtrust.org.uk/ Up here we have Home Energy Scotland https://www.homeenergyscotland.org/ which manage all the grants and have information too, I suppose there must be an equivalent...
