    Im sorry i cant answer your question but I can vouch for the snugpak bivvi as being brilliant. I personally dont see the point of having the special forces version, unless you really need to get out fast. But the material is brilliant. I would hazard a guess that it does have a handle on both...

    My mate loves his, He got the green with moss green liner. Lower back to it. They say wear it next to the skin but ive found a very thin merino layer or something not cotton will be better. :pokenest:

    Ive found an Outdoor Research helium 2 is great. I wear it over a Buffalo or snugpak. bout 70 quid i think on go outdoors
