I'm possibly interested in this....is the handle long enough for a four finger grip and with the 4mm spine what's it like for veg prep? Only ask as im looking for a small food prep knife to go with my Ben Orford scandi.
Thanks
Andy
Speaking to a Blue light worker friend recently and apparently the new weapon of choice for gang members are sharpened bicycle spokes, very difficult to administer first aid or treat long term....especially due to the manner they're used. So quite possibly knitting needles will be banned next next!
I've not encountered the problem you mention with a bucksaw but I carry a wax candle in my tool kit for panel saws if the blade is binding. Just a bit of a rub with the candle and it stops....might be worth a go for you?
CWC watches were ok when they were sensible money but in my opinion its a lot for a watch that isn't waterproof and a quartz movement. Lots of other really good brands out there for similar money.
I've got one i'd sell....think it's dark olive. Hardly worn as it's the large which was a bit to large for me so has just sat in a cupboard, need to find it though!...PM me if you're interested.
Heating oil has come down a bit...£634 for 500ltrs last week £550 today. I was also lucky enough to have my heating oil delivery today that I paid £393 forba few weeks ago. With wood and oil that should see me through to next winter. Fingers crossed it'll settle a bit by then .

I'm on oil heating and the increase has been astounding. In an hour and a half last week it went up from £377 to £393 (500ltrs) just over a year ago it was £198. Fortunately I bought at £393 as today it's £550.
Electricity is going the same way, it's really worrying. The woodburner is being...
Possibly a bit late to the party if you've made your decision but there's the Karrimor SF predator expandable and possible to fit PLCE pouches to. I have Savotta M and it's a cracking pack probably my most used I fitted Helikon side pouches to it and it's just about the right size for me for...
I recently used a hemline iron on repair patch on a jacket (not paramo) that worked brilliantly. If it's possible to get to the back of the hole it might be an option but probably worth checking that it can be ironed on to the polyester shell of a paramo.
Amazing jackets and I love mine...just...
Ah yes...it was Napoleon, for some reason I was thinking it was one of the Louis'
"Their military general and self-proclaimed Emperor, Napoleon Bonaparte was left handed, therefore his armies had to march on the right so he could keep his sword arm between him and the advancing enemy."
I think you'll find the reason we pass on the left was to accommodate right-handed sword users on horseback and this was changed in Europe due to a left handed king.... but I'll stand corrected on that one.

Yep, i'm well aware of a cost implication and having owned firearms for the last 30yrs am also aware that most are for right handers. I've never owned a left handed gun mainly because they generally cost more, which again is wrong in my opinion.
Although not a disability concessions are made...
I think that's aweful...there's more about being left handed than forcing people to do things right handed. In my opinion left handers should be catered for but it seems to be one of the last acceptable forms of discrimination.
