    Pike fishing wigan

    I went to my local canal where it meets one of the of mining flashes, fishing was quiet but had a great day with the weather want the bird watching, got chatting to an 84 year old bloke and learnt some cool local history. Over all a great day.

    Heinz new soups, `squeeze and stir`

    The mushroom one is really nice with ready done croutons added even if its a little watery makes a filling meal. And light to carry.

    It has fillets to stop the stitching being cut and to space the leather to fit the knife but no second leather liner on this one.

    I have stained the sheath and put some clear wax on it. the SAK cadet2 is for scale

    I tend to wear a lose over bet for my camp knife ( like a gun belt) so will know better on my next trip out.
