For sale: all of our forests. Not some of them, nor most of them – the whole lot

In my opinion they do not have the right to sell it off. Her Majesty owns all the land in the UK(I can go into a lenthy discussion about this if wished), so why can the goverment decide to sell it off? Yes, i signed the petition.

Changes in resuscitation will be announced by the UK Resus Council.

They won't drop rescue breaths altogether, as they are still required for infants, children and a person who has drowned. http://www.sja.org.uk/sja/first-aid-advice/life-saving-procedures/faqs-to-resuscitation-changes.aspx is worth a read if you wish to know more about the changes.

    Light sticks

Poundland sell them in 3's, i bought some and they are great. They are bright and last for a good amount of time. They call them "mini light sticks", although they are about 6 inches tall and 1/2 an inch wide.

Hello chaps. I did a quick search on here, but couldn't see a thread about people caching supplies at their regular camping spot or excrete hitting the spinning metal blade bug out spot.Has anyone ever cached any supplies, what did you cache and what did you use to store the bits in? I was...

What do you think of GPS units?

I had on conversation with a friend of mine who wanted to buy some fancy GPS system. I use an OS map and a compass, and the compass is optional. Here where we are (North Norfolk) there isn't much need for anything but a map and a pair of eyes. If I was stuck in bad weather, I would rather set up...
