I've just found a random stuff sack and tried it out. It went in easily and is uncompressed, and the stuff sack measures 14" x 7" with the top quilt in it.
I have two BCUK underquilts and one BCUK Snugpak top quilt for sale. All have been stored uncompressed and are in excellent condition. I've personally used the BCUK Snugpak underquilt / top quilt combination down to -10 degrees Celcius and have slept well.
