Project 170 Palm Drill My take on the tool that Ben was showing at his WinterMoot workshop.It is basically a drill bit glued into a handle for field use ... I added the T piece for extra torque and made a case for the tool as well.- John Fenna

Well - I got back home safely but have yet to fully unpack... An early start got me home in time to catch the kick off of the England v Ireland match ... and I also got to see all th Wales V Scotland match... The Moot itself was great (as usual)and - as ever - the end of the Moot came too soon...- John Fenna

Project 169 Tool rolls and mask I have recently started learning how to turn dead trees into something more useful than firewood and have started reviving old tools that I have inherited or been given or bought cheap... Good advice there :) I find "test piece" fabric in Charity shops (and have even found Merino wool blankets there) and most Charity shops accept bags of rags (and failed garments!)so the pattern test not only saves waste but benefits charity too!- John Fenna
