I'm quite fortunate as I have a warm, well lit workshop at home so I quite often spend a couple hours in there of an evening. I've just bought a new CNC plasma cutter so I think that's going to take a lot of my evenings working out how to use that.
What type of brew did you do? I made an all grain batch at the weekend, went for a Timothy Taylor Landlord clone. Already looking forward to the next brew day as I've harvested some yeast from the current batch to use on the next one which will be my own recipe.
Just got myself one of these to keep in the camper van. I've been using a mini barrel BBQ that I bought about 15 years ago but it's really hanging now so it was time for an upgrade. We have a Weber kettle in the garden that gets used year round, even done the Christmas lunch on it a couple of...
I used a gas cabinet heater in my shed. Although the gas can be expensive if you buy calor etc I used a refillable cylinder which cost a fraction of the price to fill.
This is exactly what you need, I use it when home brewing and for other purposes too like my coffee flask https://www.the-home-brew-shop.co.uk/pbw-five-star-450g.html
I home brew real ales from grain and after the primary fermentation most of the brew goes into a keg that I force carbonate with CO2 the rest goes into swing top top bottles with half a tsp of dry malt extract. It's probably not the best thing to use for bottle priming as you can buy proper...
Stanley small craft do kits and/or plans. Quite a bit of info on then online, I'm hoping to build one at some point in the future.

I find the Light My Fire ones good, they're about 8 or 9mm diameter and fairly soft so you can throw good sparks. I don't go a lot of these large rods that a lot of people have now as the ones I've used are quite hard so they don't work very well with the technique I use. They're also quite...
We watch Simon, a bloke in the woods and also Primitive Nomad, his videos are great as my wife and I turned watching it into a drinking game. Every time he says 'really' you have to drink. You'll see what I mean if you watch it.
I wonder if the USGI stove would fit as I think the mugs are a similar size

Absolutely, we've been getting bits and bobs for her for a while now as and when they come up. Her family isn't into camping at all so my wife and I try and nurture that part of her life. We're taking her to the Bushcraft show next week for the full event and I don't think I've seen her so exited.
I managed to beat the rush and picked up the bag and bits today. Their new home will be my niece who has recently started cadets and also enjoys camping out in the woods with us. Up until now she had been borrowing one of my bags so she (and I) will be glad she's now got her own. Thanks again...
We had it last week for the first time, we both ached for a couple of days and also had no energy for about 4 days. My wife also had a bit of a cough but that was it. We felt fine by the end of the week but were still testing positive. Hope you feel better soon
