Ideas for retired fire hose please?

May be the case that the bod was meaning that the pumps used are rated for 'grey' water due to sediment and particulates if drawing water from rivers and ponds. There is no way that sewage would get put through a fire hose and any of that equipment remain in service - that would be a major...

Ideas for retired fire hose please?

Think that you will find that it is coming straight out of the mains water system, not a sewer... Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk

Swopping over to natural wool bedding.

To be honest I do have fond memories of living at my grandparents and having a cotton sheet and a couple of wool blankets for the bed. No way the wife will entertain that though! Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk

Is that just rubbing mushed leaves on the bite or a concoction of the roots or something else? Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk

    Anyone know anything about Temu.com?

Personally I would be surprised if you didn't get what you pay for.... Hopefully the velcro panel is the only thing that is tear-away! Edited to add: May be worth using your favourite internet search to look for trustpilot reviews? They seem to be a mixed bag.

    Elastoplasts and the bother thereof

Yes, I remember the alum sticks when I cut myself shaving, need has rendered them redundant thankfully. I keep a couple of these in my personal fak, not for major wounds (have a celotex gauze in the forestry kit for that) but good for minor wounds. Biolife I00004929 Woundseal powder, 4...

    Elastoplasts and the bother thereof

Does anyone else find that plasters are getting shorter nowadays? Struggle to get them all round a thumb, and no I don't have huge thumbs! Toddy, have you tried haemostatic clotting powder on cuts? Supposed to stop bleeds in about a minute. Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk
