    Xmas foods.

    Sprouts are delicious - if not overcooked! They should be (as I put it) raw but hot. Do not cut a cross in the stem end (it makes them cook too much) and keep them crunchy. One other than boiled way is fried with bacon and garlic and sunflower seeds and some chopped apple ... Mmmmm - hungry now...

    Project 99 Xmas booze Blackberry Vodka (made like Sloe Gin but with Blackberries and Vodka) and Blackberry "Port" (made by soaking the Vodka infused fruit in red wine after bottling the Vodka) No Raspberry this year as our crop was a disaster!
