    Very nice....Is it me or is there some unspoken need to know how to carve a spoon? its just very popular thing too do on the forum now I'm in no way knocking a good skill, but you never heard of chop sticks?.............I guess I should get me coat.....:D

    I think I just go camping, if I'm out hiking and scrambling tor's etc, the last thing I want to do is forage for wood and food and there are lots of place's I've been you would struggle to find ether, the times I've lived more by nature there was still current tools in use, so I feel I was still...

    Small, second hand petrol turbo is I think about as eco as it gets.

    Snugpak softie maybe? I had the reversible elite its very good, I got it second hand in a large and there cut is generous to start with so a bit too much extra cloth for me, as I size between M & L mostly, and there shower proof.

    I like a smart military jacket, the M65 is a classic, good choice if you end up liking it Nice.

    mountain hikes mainly, some camping due to the distance of some of the ranges from me, not really bushcraft but close enough.

    Traditional kit

    I've only tried equipment as early as the 20's-40's so going full medieval will be interesting, and probably not great when you get wet but due to your own hard graft you will look good:D

    I have a TBS boar, very nice scandi, willumsen madrock (raptor claw) nice and slim with a monster blade.
