    More climbing shoes! well more like an exchange the first pair were toe crushers in a way I find distracting, so I went with a comfort fit or "snug" as they put it, and got a bag of chalk, now just need a nice year of good weather!.........

    I've had a naafi 2 blade knife, and the older version both good heavy duty folders, and I now have and use the locking safety knife, I think a 2001 issue

    Mountaineer smock

    Old Gore-Tex Sprayway jacket from a charity shop, it was fully zipped and had pockets, but the basic panels and hood was simple so I took it apart and that's the pattern.

    Well I have been working on this, and now the main body is near finished I thought I may as well present how far I have got, Its in a mainly wool mix and quite thick, I'm thinking of giving it an old world look with toggles and lacing.
