    Although I used a lock knife for years whilst fishing. However, due to current legislation and other people's bad experiences I now use a TBS boar non locking folding knife. I remember Paul Kirtley mentioning an injury he sustained using a lock knife on his podcast.

    Ordered a 12cm Billy can pouch from David Friars today. Already have a trangia folding handle frying pan cover from David which is a great piece of kit. Free postage on the pouch.

    In terms of roc straps I use the loop type rather than the hook type as they are more secure. My pillion handles of my Spyder lend themselves to loops.

    I have and use the Ben Orford and Ray Mears hats, I like both.The RM hat is the warmest of the two.

    Collapsible hot tent stove

    I am searching for a fold away tent stove. The one I have seen is too pricey as it is made of titanium. Do any of you know of a stainless steel alternative? It needs to be fold away so that I can transport it on my trike. Any suggestions gratefully received.
