Have you looked at the Wiggys range

I got two when i was in the middle east, i gave one away, still got the other,propper woven cotten, still as good as new.

i've recently bought a trangia set, one of the small ones, i think its a 27 ul. It only burns for about 30 mins before running out of fuel. Are the burners different sizes, have i got a small one? ( burner of course)

I use a plastic nalgene bottle so i havn't noticed.

I dug mine out and had a play with it, I must admit, even though its no faster than a crusader it was great fun building a little fire etc and i thoroughly enjoyed it. (I'm a firebug lol)

Sorry Gary only just seen this, the glass measures 85mm high,67mm wide at the top and 63mm wide at the bottom. Hope this helps.

Just to add, i use neither now. I use a USGI shape pathfinder set with a nalgene waterbottle because i love the burner. It takes a hexy, or a spirit burner or turned upside down it doubles as a twig burner. You could do the same with a crusader burner by basically removing the pan and drilling...

I had a web tex warrior and tbh, for the money, it wasn't bad. I found the mug, although smaller than the crusader is a nice shape to drink from. I always get a dribble out the sides of my mouth with the crusader lol. With the burner/ windshield, i took a hammer and screwdriver to the small pan...
