Plus one on savlon, excellent stuff, although I also take a tube of Brulidine as it it is Antiseptic & Antibacterial with really works on infections. Also it's pretty cheap :)

I don't know if I can make it again this year, finances are just not working to make it possible, I figure to get the car in a fit condition, put petrol in it, gather supplies and pay to the tickets it will cost me in excess of 500 :(

Usually I use a couple of tripods, and some 'S' shaped pieces of strong wire to hang off the ridge line. I also have a picnic blanket under the hammock to put stuff on and myself as well lol! :)

Looks fantastic! Great invention and very useful. I agree if you could post up a tutorial on how to make it, especially the knots, that would be awesome! Great idea, it is rare to come across something unique! :)

Grab an old sleeping bag and tie it onto the hammock like an underblanket, that's what i did, it's not pretty but it works :D
