weighs less than when i take modern kit i can tell you that. when i go traditional, it forces me to carry much less which i like, even if most items are a bit heavier. with a modern pack i keep chucking stuff in until its 20+ kilos. i'd say totalling about 10-15 kilos for this depoending on...

Thought I'd show off some of the custom sheaths and scabbards I've made lately. First up is a sword scabbard for my viking sword. Wooden core wrapped with acorn tanned Deerskin tanned by a friend in Fife who is opening a woodland tannery. Scabbard is made with historic techniques and style...
