Kendal Mint Cake, marzipan or - for longer trips - MOD Rat Pack (heavy but ready to go :) ). A Rat Pack also lives in my van for if/when I have an unplanned night out.
The woods hat I play in took a real beating with over 20 trees down - luckily none falling into the communal area of my camp, though a couple of the most used pitches had a big Scots Pine land over them!
The toilet area was pretty trashed and half my time in the woods has been clearing and...
And a cheque for £800.00 is handed over to Ty Hafan :)

This was a while before Covid - so not part of that thread :)
For neat seams I would recommend fully rolled or lapped seams - or bind them for lack of bulk as you mention. Otherwise you could overlock the edges (most modern machines have one or more suitable stitch options) or simply zigzag...
When I say "support" - that could include posting the odd lesson (making/sewing stuff) and if I could figure out how to record passes/failures, even assessing the various attempts made by folk to try the skills...
I do not make videos so that might limit my contributions, as would not being good...
I like the idea of the Bushcraft lessons - but I am not volunteering to organise it :) My IT skills are very poor (I only use 2 fingers to type!) and just do not have the IT or People Skills to cope - I will support the idea but leave a better operator to organise it all :)

As far as "unusual" design knives I have actually used is this Schrade thing ... bought it second hand after the original owner had removed the screwdriver things from the hollow handle. I slightly reprofiled it and made the sheath.
It is too handle heavy and generally clumsy in use so it rarely...
