Recommendations - knife rescale and sheath

Was that a rehandle in some burr yew or plain? I’m going to have to go digging through old pics! I’ve been somewhat quiet on the making front for a while due to a house move but I’m getting back into things so feel free to drop me a note to discuss. I like to work with people to achieve their...

    Less conventional Fruit.

The first mulberry I saw was at an old work - it was laying down. I saw one recently too when on holiday (but can’t remember where ) and that was laying too.

I would be suspicious about using their kit at all if that’s the attitude around the leads.

    Climate Change & Survival.

Absolutely. If I was retired and needed something to fill my day, perhaps I would give up the dishwasher and washing machine. As it is, the energy use isn’t some obscene amount and so I’m happy to treat myself to there use.

    Tool Roll suggestion.

Indeed but if they’re living in a roll anyway, just a length will be quicker to sort.

    Tool Roll suggestion.

A length of conduit slightly longer than the metal part of the gouge? Just have the gouge in the conduit loose - the handle won’t push through the conduit. Wouldn’t work for wider ones but it could do for narrow tools. Or mould some covers for the blades out of plastic.

    Question on Limestone.

I have a limestone wall at the front and rear of my plot. I’ve had to repair a section recently with lime mortar. All sorts were in it and on it. Put simply - no.

    Daily Supplementation

A timely bump! Tomorrow I’ve got some Moringa leaf turning up. Chatting to a friend and they’ve had good results from it. I had a listen to a Huberman lab pod that references to see what the view was there and because of that, I’m also adding omega 3 and vit D3.

    Rainwater harvesting system

I can’t remember what I bought! I got something but haven’t set everything out yet as there’s a number of stages to sort before I do - got to do it right not rushed! It’s been a bit of a summer being all over the place (four different locations for holidaying) and having returned home...

    Stand Up paddleboard Advice??

I had one of my hardboards out the other week on a canal. Only because I wanted the lightest option left after other family members had picked from the fleet! :D I would disagree on Red and Jobe being the best. They’re certainly good brands but plenty of brands up there with them. Red seems to...
