Royal Mail does an age verified service on tracked 24 or 48. It is available online for collection or drop off at the sorting office. Bladed articles require to state their contents on the packaging and be sent via age verified service. It is a nuisance, but the law changed about a year ago...
Really interesting article. It didn’t look like the app I have used was part of the review but interesting to see the one that that was most accurate one is based on a combination of algorithm and expert review.
We looked at what we could do for our end terrace last year. There were interest free loans with cash-back incentive if our EPC suggested an upgrade and we went to an approved installer. We looked at cavity, under floor and loft top up. It turned out we had cavity wall already, but the others...
There’s a chap over on another forum who is dead into these. He’s suggested a starter kit from Wasps Slingshots on eBay as a intro. I think the Enzo model was recommended because it can be set up OTT (over the top) or TTF (through the frame) and choosing between the two set ups is really down to...
Have you tried looking for a Men’s Shed near you? They quite often have craft and workshop activities.

Interestingly it says a crofter has a right to build a house if there isn’t on the croft already, subject to planning permission. I would also expect that a house for a...
Yes this would be the same, similar, the Highland Council has a limited number of exceptions for allowing housing to be built outwith settlements or identified housing sites. There is not an equivalent to the One Planet scheme, there would be more of a chance to rebuild a ruin.
