Im going to make a case.



I have seen case that hold the jaws shut.

But I would be worried that would put tension on the spring; the jaws natural set is open, as you can see.

What is best?

I have a similar pair, and the plastic sheath they have is narrower at the opening (so you have to close the scissors a little to get them in) and it then tapers outwards so the scissors can open back up inside. Keeps them securely in the case. They also go in a little box, as they could be relatively easily pushed through. Thick leather pouch should do the job, but if thin I'd be wary of the tips getting poked through if not also in a box of some description.
