    Kinesiology tape

    I have it in my pack. Unstable joints, and rusty creeky sounds, if something clicks and goes wonky while out at least I can tape it up enough to get home. Sports direct sell it, so does some of the budget shops sometimes.

    From the wild sea of west scotland

    Hi live on the isle of bute. I have foraged for many years and like solo camping. I am also partial to a bit of wood carving, doing a bit of arty stuff and catching my own fish.
