    I'm not sure I can add too much that hasn't already been covered. Like most I own the mixture. One place it does have to be natural is ther mals always merino. If I'm moving fast and climbing/ heavy scrambling it has always been a synthetic shell- I have a rohan jacket and waterproof trousers...
