    cookin eels

    I've never cooked eels, but I hear tell they are a bit bland. To be honest I just couldn't face them, they look revolting, give me a nice trout any day. I suppose you could always spice them up a bit with Tabasco sauce or some spices.

    sausages

    There's absolutely no need to purchase a sausage stuffing machine.... don't waste your dosh on it. All you need is a cake icing bag (borrow your Mum's or your Grandma's) cut the end off to the appropriate size of sausage you want. Get some pigs or sheeps intestines. gather the intestines...

    hazlenuts

    You must be able to store them in their shells because they are sold in shops as such. However, I would say you just cannot beat a freshly harvested hazelnut from its shell. It is just so sweet, nothing like the ones you buy for Christmas. :0:
