Moral or other question regarding visits into lower COVID tier area.

I'm done with the pandemic polarising everyone, all people do is argue and fight. Feels like people are turning on each other all the time. We all want freedom we all want to protect our loved ones. End of. There's no answer for both.

    Victorinox. Why?

At my work, it's pallets, covered in plastic wrapping and straps, hessian sacks sewn up with string, cable ties, celotape. Law wise no idea, but I wouldn't want to go against the grain with the current climate.

    Victorinox. Why?

Cool. I don't carry one currently, I'm thinking about having one at work as I feel like I have daily need for one, don't know what the boss will think though. Probably somehow breaking company policy.

    Victorinox. Why?

What's the reason you take a knife to the shop or post office?

Trees in your garden, do you make use of them?

See I'm not up on my pines and cypress. I know a couple but it's very rare to see them round here, apart from the odd bit of plantation. It's all broadleaf with the odd yew and larch.

Trees in your garden, do you make use of them?

Is it one of those trees you see everywhere now? Field maple was one of those for me. I think regularly testing yourself when out and about really helps, I test my other half too which actually helps me more than it does her, as eventually I come across a species I don't know so I have to...

Trees in your garden, do you make use of them?

My plant ID has come on leaps and bounds recently after getting a photographic guide, so I can 2nd what brock is saying and advise you go down that route. With trees I've been slowly learning over the years, this years big breakthrough was figuring out that I'm actually surrounded by loads of...

    What did you buy today?

Had this little number turn up today. 33 litres, nice little day sack for a tenner off the bay. My last one gave up the ghost on the main zip so was next to useless. Came with a rain cover too!

    Burnt pan!

Thanks for all the help with this folks! I tried a very coarse pad with no luck, and lost my patience and gave it a go with wire wool, that shifted it in seconds! Gave it a good soapy wash afterwards to get rid of any metal residue. It was a fine wire wool so it hasn't left any scratches, if...

    Chorizo fried bannock

    Chorizo fried bannock

That's my 2nd test, a little sugar in the dry mix, plenty of cinnamon and sultanas.
