I use a stick of solid beeswax and run this back and forth over the wood a few times then buff it up to a shine. The only heat I used is the friction during the buffing process
This Bowl is turned from a Recycled Oak and has a beautiful grain. Oak is know as the King of woods. Finished off with a generous coat of Danish Oil.
