camping in the bush,thats what some of my family in zimbabwe call it.the goyt is a fantastic place,never gets over crowded.you say you go for a lark in the woods,do you mean brushing up on your bush skills or going of on a yomp(hikeing)
Well as for a meet up it sounds good to me,although probs not until spring unless you can twist my arm as ive never done bush crafting in the cold(and yes i do have all the stuff minus the tent as i prefere shelters
