I live in Ayrshire, on the West coast of Scotland (S of Glasgow). Any info required on Ayrshire/Arran/Muirshiel etc, give me a shout.
I'm a qualified Mountain Leader (ML summer & winter, and SPA), and also have survival training. Interests are primarily mountain-based (running, navigation etc), but extend through most environments. However, the mountains are my playground.
