Have ordered that book you recommended- thanks for the steer. Nothing going to happen anytime soon but I’ll let you know how I fare come the time

    Hello from Scotland

That’s really helpful, thank you for the steer on the book and an offer of guidance. I’ll certainly take you up on that sometime, on the basis that I can offer something in return. Didn’t know how to attach photos to this reply but have put some in the photos forum for you to see the dyke...

    Hello from Scotland

Thanks - drystone walling is something I’d love to learn the basics of. There’s a tumbled dyke out the back I’ve set my sites on reinstating in the future. Like everything it’s getting the time!

    Deer deterrence

Lovely area - I’m up in Dunkeld / Pitlochry area quite a lot. I see there are going to be 3 crannogs built - great news

    Hello from Scotland

G You’ve nothing to lose - what I’ve discovered is that there’s no rights or wrongs, just different ideas on how to achieve the same outcomes of keeping the bees alive, happy and hopefully harvesting some honey - give it a go, what’s the worst can happen!

    Hello from Scotland

Yes, Dundee (technically it’s own council area) is at the southern tip of Angus county. Where are you moving to?
