I've been trying to ask a couple of questions prior to placing an order. I've sent 4 e-mails and left two voice messages.

I've used the 'sales' e-mail from the website.

Are they just busy?

Sounds that way; I rang them about a year ago and spoke to a really nice woman there who was very knowledgable and helpful, spent a good half hour talking to me.
