Our television has a youtube app with a default option to autoplay the next suggested video, and I've found that I can select a video on whatever subject I'm interested in at the time and it will do a pretty fine job of rolling with the theme. It's especially good at selecting music videos for some reason. But also not bad at other subjects - although it is clearly constrained by the available content. I do bother to occasionally give a thumb up or down when particularly moved - which I'm sure is necessary to tune it to my particular taste.
Years ago when Google went public I knew deep down inside that I should have bought a few shares...
I've been cooped up for a while supervising grandchildren who are out of school because of snow, and I may be slightly insane - so, grain of salt and all that.
