Hitchin
Hi guys,

I’ve seen a fair few live in S. Herts. I’ve only camped in the US before, and positively refuse to use a campsite in the UK. Are any of you aware of any secluded quiet spots near to Hitchin/henlow I can wild camp with the wife. We quite enjoy walking up and down hills so preferably a days walk away. (20miles) I would really appreciate any local knowledge of some quiet woods where a smoke free fire would go unnoticed.

Many thanks

Sorry I have no knowledge of that area what I would suggest is get a hold off a OS map of the area and select a point away from footpaths and farm land you should be ok to camp over night, as you probably know the laws are slightly different in Scotland where wild camping is encouraged
